I am a veteran commercial real estate counselor and broker delivering highly personalized, highly professional, face to face service for clients. I get on planes and come to you making your job much easier and making you more effective with information that is not publicly available. I don’t put you off, give you voicemail, delay, or mislead you. I have a large demonstrated history of helping corporate and private users, developers, and investors with all facets of site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and all types of commercial real estate investments and their ongoing operations. I also have an in depth understanding of the site selection/due diligence process and operations of the restaurant and hotel industries business.
As a Charleston native, I received my undergraduate degree in History and Historic Preservation at The College of Charleston in 1998. From 1998 to 2000, I attended a local Building and Construction program, earned my real estate license (1999), completed banking school, and worked for Wachovia as a banker providing personal and business loans and lines of credit. Seeking to further enhance my understanding of finance, investment analysis, and the real estate development process, I earned my Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business in 2001.
From 2001 to 2012, I was a broker with Colliers International in the Columbia, SC office, and principal and director of retail brokerage in the Charleston, SC office, becoming a partner in 2007.
Commercial Real Estate Ventures LLC (CREV) was founded in 2012 to be a relationship driven boutique firm with a laser focus on Client assistance being delivered with hands on, personalized service as well as Client partnerships and equity.
